We had such a fun time at Pinstack! The kids loved bowling and playing all the arcade games, and there’s so much to do — laser tag, bumper cars, rock climbing, and even a full restaurant with great food. The place is super clean, staff was friendly, and it’s perfect for a family outing or a fun day with friends. We’ll definitely be back!

We had our company holiday party (100 people) here and I can’t say enough about how great our Host Jesus and his team were. They were so attentive to everyone’s needs and I heard nothing but great things from our employees. We chose the BBQ and macaroni bar for our food and it was amazing. We will definitely be booking again for 2026!

Jamie was amazing! Super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel easy and fun. Service was fast, positive, and genuinely welcoming — you can tell he cares about his guests. It’s rare to have service that feels both professional and genuinely warm, but Jamie nailed it. He really elevated our visit and made it memorable. If you’re at Pinstack, ask for Jamie. He made our night. Huge shoutout — Pinstack is lucky to have him!

We had a Holiday Office Party this evening and Jesus, the events manager was Exceptional!! Our expectations were exceeded by the entire staff. The Food, Drinks, Bowling and Games were so much fun! This was our first time visiting, and we ended up joining the VIP membership because of how amazing the environment and staff were. Emily and Jesus in the bowling area truly stood out with their exceptional customer service—they were friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. We felt so welcomed and had such a great time that joining the membership was an easy decision. So glad we did!

My family and I have been there many times now over the last 6 months. Every time has been so much fun and truly a great experience. We took our little one there and had lunch before the arcade. Our server, Jaden, was absolutely amazing. Very kind and truly wonderful. He made our day so much better with his amazing personality and kindness. I highly recommend going to eat and have fun. Thank you Jaden for making our day truly wonderful.

Recently my team and I planned an event at Pinstack for roughly 50 people. To say the service was immaculate is an understatement. The person who handles the group events was very responsive. Every question we had was answered within 24 hours of reaching out (in most cases it was within 2 hours). They break down every cost on their quote and there were no hidden fees to surprise us. The room was setup and the food we had served was ready and waiting for the people when they arrived. We did not have to wait for the food to be ready. The staff that was assigned to our group were on top of their game. Not a single person had to seek them out to get a drink. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. I can’t say enough good things about our experience!

Great arcade/bowling spot and has a restaurant but mainly went to hang out with my niece for her Birthday day since she was in the state with another extended family member for vacation. The arcade area wasn't huge but had plenty of games to play but the bowling area is pretty big sadly i didn't play since I got there late and didn't eat there but the food smelled delicious. I ended up playing a game where you gad to cut a cord to with a huge plush doll/toy which i had to hit x3 for the paracord to cut and ended up winning an Eric Cartman one that was a gift for my niece since she wanted it. Overall had fun and wouldn't mind going back I'll just buy tickets in bigger bulk since I bought in increments of $20 which i kinda regretted at the end.
